Ripoff unauthorized debit of 49.95

This is the response I got from Ever Private Crd in respons e to my disputing their debit. I need to find a laawyer to find and prosecute this compnay.

I did not authorize a $49.95 debit from my account, I need that money reinstated to my account immediatly. My bank has been notified and are prepared to issue an affadivit to the effect that i did not authorize that amount to be taken, unless you restore the amount taken within 24 hours.

05:01 I did not authroize the 49.95 debit. I want it refunded to my account immediatly. I did not authorize any debits from my account for $49.95. I didn't even have that in my bank account, so I know i didn't authorize it. I want it returned.
