I am soo angry where to begin. I went to check my account information over the phone. Turns out i had a secret charge to my account of 49.95. I was confused so i called the bank and the lady said she couldn't pull up the charge but it was a check. I don't have checks just a debit card. She couldn't understand why she couldn't pull it up so she sent me to the fraud department. He did pull it up and told me he knew exactly what it was! He then told me to go to the bank and tell them i have fraud on my account.

I did as he said and he told me to also file a police report. After an hour at the bank the customer service lady said she couldn't help me cause these people had my information it was not fraud!!! I said what? I didn't authorize them to charge my account! I doesn't matter they had your information so it's not fraud and you are responsible for the charges. Imagine how angry i became then. They gave me a number to call to talk to someone at this mysterious place.

To my surprise this was the number to an answering service. Who claimed to know nothing just answered the phone. I said well if you are the answering service then you should know a number where i can reach someone. She continued saying no she knew no one just an email address. So i said just give me the darn address then. It was starting to hit that I may just be screwed.

I went to the address and emailed put in my complaint. They sent me an email saying they emailed me and i checked something saying they could charge my accont. First of all, i know i didn't check anything saying they can charge my account. Secondly, i checked all my email even my bulk mail and i didn't receive anything from anyone confirming a charge to my account. I sent them another email and said to them I just want my money back. I don't want your services, i don't need your services!

I then got emailed a reply that sent me to a site that just showed me all the emails i sent them and that they sent me. I haven't heard anything from them about giving me a refund. I emailed again and said i wanted to speak with someone, a person about this matter. I have had no reply since!

I am going to the bank today, Bank of America, i printed out some of the reports filed on this company, i want to see if they will reverse the charges. If they don't/do i will let you all know. I have direct deposit at work and intended to get christmas gifts with this check. Thanks a lot secret cash card for secretly ruining my ability to buy christmas gifts for my family.
