They ripped me off and ruined my 5yr olds christmas, and kept the money and we got no bike

On sept 30th i purchased a 70 4wheeler for christmas for my 5year old son. They told me it would take 3 weeks for delivery. I emailed back on oct 22 to check on a tracking number they told me my bike would be shipped at the end of the week. That was the last contact i have had with them they will not return my emails or answer there phones.

It has been over nine weeks since i payed for this bike. I have emailed them several times asking for my money back but i get no responce. I have no bike and im out over six hundred dollars. Not to mention it will ruin my five year olds christmas.
