Leave the bike repair tec's alone!

We bought our thirteen year old a BMX bike for Christmas. We took it back on Dec. 26th because a spoke was broke. They told us that there bike tec. Would be in the following day and that he would call us. It's Dec. 29th and no phone call. So we called them. They told us that the bike tec. Is working three other depts. Because they had to let some people go. Ok! Well have other people from other depts. That there jobs are not about fixing things cover them. Leave the bike tec. Alone so he can fix and get the bikes back to the chidren so they can enjoy them. Now my son gets to watch his eleven year old brother who also got a bike, ride around and have fun. We need people to do there jobs!!
