Ripoff I just want the bike without paying for shipping or my money back

I brought a bike from ebay.in fact I tried to buy three bike, for my children for christmas, recieved one before christmas, have yet to recieved the other two. One I am told by the seller was delivered, but since no one was there to recieve it, it was send back, and if I want it to be deliver a second time, I should pay him another $202.

Well, I don't think I'll be sending him another nickle. The seller and the shipping should have had contacted me with date and time of delivery. No contact was made me, by either party; the problem is he has my $677.00 and insist he will not ship it or return my money, only that I should drive from PA to TENN, or pay again for shipping.

I call credit card company and report it, report eBay, and of course, they're on the crook side. I just want the bike without paying for shipping or my money back, "allnightsinging" is the crook, I mean the seller on eBay, he should call himself "allnightstealing"
