Ripped off my 13yrold christmas gift california internet

I ordered a pocket bike for my 13 yr old grandson for christmas 2008 the bike would not start called the company 3 times all they kept saying was they were not responsable but if we wanted to send it back we would have to at are own expence it would cost as munh to send it back as the the piece of junk they sent an as i see now it was not only us they got talk about scrooge they must spell it usa pocket bike now that i got my credit card comp involved may be they can settle this mess and my grandson can finally get his christmas gift
