Conspiracy ripoff

This whole scam was a conspiracy. TRN CEO Wade and Spear woman knew in advance they were "supposedly" going to file bankruptcy, BUT still took clients funds. I call it a conspiracy. What they did is a CRIME. Just in case "Wade" hasn't already been contacted.

I have taken the liberty to contact the BBB in that area, gave them the pertinent info, website, office location, Wades law office phone number, listing with the IRS, notified the IRS how TRN has misrepresented their claims to work with individuals, filed a formal complaint with the BAR association in "Wades" area, if he is a lawyer, he will have alot of questions to answer to.

I also took the opportunity to contact my debit card company, (I used my card.) Lucky me! It should be noted the IRS agent claimed they were never contacted by TRN, like I was told by Jael, what a BS'er she was! Jael never even shared forms with Mervin I had faxed her.

While I was on the phone with him he had to go ask her for the specific forms I had sent them to contact the IRS agent. I heard the conversation with my own ears, because he didn't put me on hold. It just so happens I have fraud protection for my transactions. After making a couple phone calls, giving some detailed info, copies of the E-mails from TRN, names & contacts at TRN, freezing my acc't for a couple of days filling out the forms and sending them back to the card company.

I am proud to say my card company has given me back the funds which were directed to TRN, and have sent me a replacement debit card. And It only took 9 days. It was time consuming, but it paid off. According to my bank, they will get their money back from TRN, one way or the other. Eat crap and choke on it TRN, you deserve to eat what you have been dishing out. What goes around, comes around.

P.S.in all this I also found a "local" accountant in my area who is finishing what TRN claimed they were going to do, for $250 instead of $1500, TRN was going to charge. It pays to call around. To all of you who read this. Every word I put in this is true, and I swear on a stack of Bibles.
