Tax Relief Network, Wade Huettel, Dana Spear, Jennifer Karlovsky Ripped me off, Broke contract, Knowingly stole money from me

I too was ripped off by Tax Relief Network. I retained their services for an Offer in Compromise with the IRS and even carefully selected them from other Tax Attornies and TRN broke their contract with me as far as I am concerned and I am out $935.00 of hard earned money. My Tax Officer at the IRS knows about this because when she tried to levy my wages, I called her frantically explaining that I got an email saying they were closing their doors and that explained why she never received any of the information that I gave to TRN to give to the IRS. I have written several emails and letters to them which get returned, I contact the BBB and they suggested taking them to court after they were unsuccessful in reaching them. I did look up WADE HUETTEL on the internet and found this number and it is his phone because it has a voice mail message from him on it. 619/892-3006 If they knew they were going out of business and claiming Bankruptcy, why take honest folks hard earned money and rip them off, knowing they probably owe the IRS way more than that? That is what ticks me off. Businesses come and go every day but when they take peoples money and know they are going out of business, that is plain and simple, stealing, theivery, deceit, theft.in some cases it could be Grand Theft depending on how much money they took from each person. All I got was a email from Simone DeCarlo stating that they were closing their doors and she was sorry. Nothing about the contract, the case with the IRS, the info that I gave them for my case, the payments that were set up for future withdrawl nor the $935 in payments that I already gave to them. Nayeli Perez was the person working on my tax case and my tax officer at the IRS specifically said that she did not receive the info from her that I gave to her to give to the IRS. Its sad when you can't even go to a company that seems reputable and they rip you off, who are you supposed to trust? Dana Spear has an unlisted number, Wade Huettel has no listing... Are they hiding in fear because they know what they have done to everyone by taking thier money? I did call that number above and leave a message, I was calm and professional about it, more than I can say for them. Karma is a bitch and it will come back on them, 10 times over...
