I reside in Federal Way, WA and had some past due taxes which needed to be filed with the IRS so I called JK Harris to find an agent in my area. The company scheduled me an appointment with one of there agents located in Tacoma, WA. I met with the agent and was givin several options in order to address some of the issues which I was facing with my taxes. To make a long story short, it has been over a year now and i've paid JK Harris over two thousand dollars and my taxes are still not done.

I have contacted the agent who was suppose to have prepared my taxes and was told that my W2 forms had been sent over to CORPORATE to be prepared, unbenounced to me. I contacted the agent at the Corporate office who supposably was now preparing my taxes and requested that my W2 forms be returned to meimmediately! Well now they have lost most of my W2 forms and had the nerve to tell me that I was only suppose to give them copies... Chek back with my original agent... And fax them to have any money refunded back to me! I have complied with every request and have been unsuccessful in receiving back the money which I paid to the company. This has been a long and painful lessson I can't seem to get any help from anyone and I am PISSED OFF!!!
