Dishonest and unprofessional

Hit and run. My car was hit and run while I was at work and I picked this shop from the yellow pages. When I arrived for my estimate and told them who my insurance company was they started right off telling me that my company would write the damage estimate and that they were going to use poor quality aftermarket parts that would not restore my car to it's pre-loss condition. They said get ready for a battle.

I was upset enough with my car damaged and that I had to pay my $500 deductible and now, according to Wade's I had more (& (*&^ to encounter from my insurance. I was sick about it.

When I talked to my agent he said aftermarket parts will be used but they are guaranteed and if they don't fit properly they will not go on my car. I told him what (I think his name was Scott) the shop told me about these crappy parts. My agent said that it is not uncommon for shops to only want OEM parts because they make more money on these parts.

I didn't take his word for it so I did my own research. Turns out my agent was correct and the aftermarket parts that were used on my car fit perfectly.

I will never use Wades again and hope others that read this don't either. They want to suck as much as they can from insurance companies and deceive customers. We, the customers, are the ones that pay for insurance and with shops such as these trying to get their way, we pay for it with higher insurance premiums.
Shame on Wades.
