TRN ripoff fraudulent dishonest scam artists deceptive

I became physically ill when I googled Tax Relief Network today and found this site. I had been trying to contact Ann Pham, Jael, anyone at the company for the last several weeks. I received a haughty message from Jael last week stating that it was the second time she had called and to call her back.

Mind you I had already left her 5 messages and 2 emails for her and was explicit about leaving a detailed message for me. She had previously "ran my numbers" and came up with a $5,000/month settlement, which I told her was unacceptable and that I had not paid them over $4,000 to come up with AN offer, but the BEST offer.

I thought she had been avoiding me because I asked for someone more senior and experienced to take my case, now I come to find out it was because of this! I read her rebuttal, and it doesn't ring true to me that she was unaware, she was avoiding me well before the 6th.

I am going to pursue other avenues of reimbursement / compensation. If anyone else is like minded, please contact me.
