Expedited Temporary Assistance Dan Schubert, Paul Hope Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing, "will not pay for your work", "avoid this company" Nationwide

From my Monster resume this company rep. Paul Hope, called me and interviewed me over the phone (week of Sept 5). I checked their website and followed all their instructions to get on their payroll (w9, and other gov. Required forms). I worked for them for the next two weeks (sept 11-sept 22). I was told that I would have to just make 4-6 stops / installs per day. I do not mind working but the problem is that the company that we were working with ended up wanting us to do 6-10 stops per day, which I did, but cost me more because gas price was about $3.30-3.50 at that time.

I took them almost a month to send me a check for 36 hours of the first week, and I am still waiting for the second week paycheck (which should be 42 hours)... I sent them an e-Mail and the president (Daniel Schubert), apologized and said that they were going to cut the check the next day. This has been a week since this and I told him that I was going to report it to usacomplaints.com and other groups.

By the way they have done the same to others and they asked me what to do? Can you help me find others that have been abused by this ETA company.

What can I do? Who else do I send this to? Can I start a class action suit?
