Victimized due to illness

My spouse worked for CareSoft for roughly 30 days. About 14 days into that month, he was identified as having pneumonia also it was decided by both organization he was designated to and evidently CareSoft he could be permitted to function from his accommodation till he recovered to be able to fulfill his deadlines. He worked no less than 40 hours. He delivered towards the job-site following a week and worked another minimal 40 hours before he was educated the government agreement he was focusing on was dropped from the organization. He dropped his work on March 16th. CareSoft got it upon themselves to determine he wasn't to become taken care of that a week ago. He was robbed out-of his final salary, which he badly needed since CareSoft, who had been really charging the organization for his solutions that week and each week he was used declined to pay for him. Their state was that because he wasn't focusing on website for that week he was sick, he wasn't eligible for a salary that week. But because he had been compensated they'd simply grab his last salary to settle "them (?)" for that week he wasn't on-site. They'd been already compensated from the organization for that week and each week he was used what exactly right did they've to maintain his last salary? Is not it illegal to refuse somebody pay-as a direct result disease? Atleast in Nj it's. It creates me wonder just how many others have now been attached in this way by CareSoft. He's today in another condition battling to endure since the organization he was designed to visit work with is jerking him around about his start-date. If CareSoft had completed the things they were designed to, in the place of cheating him out-of his pay, he'd not be struggling.
