I was working temporary through k and m temporaries at a company in brooklyn ny and the president of the company in brooklyn said to take Friday off and show up on Monday of the next week to resume working on his accounting records. When I showed up Monday the president of the company was not there but the vice president said that there had been a change of plans and that I should speak to K and M I called K and M and they told me that on Friday early afternoon the president had called them and said he did not want to see me again.

I asked k and m why they had not told me this on Friday afternoon when I was there at approximately 4:00PM to pick up my paycheck and new time sheets for the following weeks and they said that they forgot. I said that if they would have told me on Friday I could have made other plans for Monday and they said in essene tough. I want to get a days pay plus subway fare to and from location in brooklyn.
