Education & Science

We purchased a class from Precision Point Marketing on January 19th. We were trying to find a way for us to make a second income.

We contacted Kevin Ross [the person that talked us into buying] he said that with in a year we would be making big money and would only need to put 5-10 hours a week into it.

We waited for someone to call to set up classes over the phone. Chris [our first coach] contacted us and we were set up for a class every tuesday at 11:00 am.

We had a class on Jan. 24th and one on Jan. 31 and then the next week we sat and waited for a call that never came, so we called them and they said he was out sick. So we contacted Kevin to let him know that we were at a standstill with classes and what could be done so that we could continue.

We left phone messages and e-mails and after a week he called back and said he would set us up with someone else.

So the next week we had Dana and our classes started again for 2 more weeks untill he got sick.

No one contacted us again so we started calling Kevin again and asked him what we should do now. We e-mailed and called every other day to try to get some where but no one contacted us.

After a few weeks Kevin called and asked what we needed, so we told him that we would like our money back and he said he would call his boss and get right back to us.
We have called and e-mailed them again and again but nave never received any reply.

We have filled out a consumer complaint form but have not gotten any where with that.
