Larry Duncan i paid then and they told me it would not take about a week its three weeks now i was told i was getting a rebuilt one but when i called the shop thats doing the work he told we they sent one

I called this company because i needed to save money on my transmission they first told me that a rebuild kit cost $897.00 depending on the hard parts which they made seem that these parts dont brake that much so i told them ok. The next day the shop who is fixing it picked my truck up i had a guy call me (Kevin) said i needed to give $890.00 to them so the shop will look at it and if it was a cheeper part i would get a refund for the difference i paid them thinking everything was ok but a couple of days latter Kevin called me and said my transmission was shot and they and going top send a rebuilt transmission to the shop and it would cost $2477.00 to fix i told him thats high and wanted to just get my money back he told me it was non refundable deposit and if i wanted to get my truck back i would have to give the shop $250.00 for the tow and then checking it out so i felt stuck and paid the rest they told me it would take about a week they just have to send the transmission there after a week goes by i called the shop and they told me he did not get the transmission yet i called transone several times that week till the next week i called the shop and he told me they had a local salvage send one and it was no good i called kevin he told me he had nothing to do with that and gave me Garry and i called him he said he would look into it now its been three weeks now i left messages no call back the shop still has no clue whats going on
