Twist'n U Jeremy Thompson
All too happy to take money and then cancel classes

Education & Science

We have been at Twist N U since Sept paying for 2 classes a week, and for 3 months in a row, the week after we paid for classes, our schedule has been changed and now they are closing yet another class to make room for older kids. I finally got a straight answer from one of the coaches and it all boils down to making more money. This is the third month in a row that the week after we paid our classes have been cancelled and we were given less than 24 hour notice. It's been very frustrating and this month is the final blow. I am tired of paying for services that we are not receiving. Jeremy Thompson the owner called and tried to blame the class change on our 3 year old, claiming that parents had been complaining about our son, but the coaches explained that a group had contacted the gym and wanted the time slot that our class was in and Jeremy did not want to reschedule our class so he cancelled it, and that no parents had complained about our son, the only complaints were that they wanted in a class that was full. This is no way to do business and stay in business very long.
