Ripoff

Thanks for listing your complaints on this site. I am usually pretty good at spotting rip-offs, but this letter was a little different. It didn't tell me there was a draw or any chance I wasn't going to get the money, just send thirty dollars and as soon as "we receive this Grant Confirmation" your grant benefits will commence. Another tip-off on closer inspection of the letter, there is no phone number, no website, no date on the letter.
