Ripoff They stated I was to receive a grant and to send $25

I received a letter from the De Monaco Heritage fund located in New York.in the letter it stated I was able to receive a grant which I never applied for and to send 25 dollars to help cover adminstrative costs.

I thought something was very funny since they stated the grant could be used for whatever I wanted. The letter was signed by Jacqueline De Monaco.

So I took a trip online and found out that somebody had reported them from Las Vegas NV. I would like to say thanks to the people who help stop everyone from getting ripped off.
