Rip-off By ripoff - what you can do

I do not know if many of you are taking any type of action against this agency but I am. I gathered up all my information and I contacted the AG in New York. Please don't just sit there, these people took our money and we need to get it back.

I'm asking you (if you have it) to make copies of all the material dealing with Kensington Assistance Agency (postcard, verification number, package congratulating you for choosing them, and proof that they took the money from your checking account) and send it to the Attorney General Office in New York. I mailed my information to my local AG and then he mailed it to the AG Office in New York.

Something really needs to be done about this because Kensington Assistance Agency is steady stealing money from innocent people. The agency NEW number is 1866-889-1903. I called recently about getting my money back and they are steady lying to me so I decided to take matters in my own hands. I hope I was any help to you all. Take care and God bless!
