On 9/13, I recieved this letter in my mail with big bold letters - CONGRATULATIONS - Mr. Green you have been selected for a Grant from the De Monaco Heritage Fund and that all I have to do is send the Grant Confirmation and ACCEPTANCE INSTRUCTIONS page with a nominal of $25 to help cover administrative costs. I understand that this nominal fee is refundable upon request. And that my Grant Benefits will commence upon my receipt of this document reference 3465885 - 101541.

WHAT A SCAM!? TOTAL RIPOFF HERE!?
Somebody in Authority should do something to stop this kind of FRAUD of good Citizens of thes United States. Thank You.
