Ripoff

Recieved letter saying I qualified for a grant from the De Monaco Heritage Fund, founded by Jacqueline De Monaco in 2000.

This letter was signed by Addison DeWit; director of Grants.
I am required to pay a fee of $25. Oo. The letter does not say what amount the grant is; no web address; no telephone or fax number.

Several well known individuals were mentioned and my name was nominated over 3 months ago and was the one selected out of 250 others for a grant. (registered: 179-721).

I question if this is for real or another rip-off.
