Company id a rip-off!

I sent in my $299.97 on 7/21 haven't heard a word since all numbers disconnected 1-866-314-3912 & 1-866-314-3910 got on this website and got a new 1-866-889-1903 number will not let you go through to customer service. I need a way to get my money back if anyone has any ideas please let me know. If you have received a blue or green card that says it's an URGENTGRAM do NOT fall for it.
