Ripoff phone number is disconnected can't reach them

Kensington took my money $300 and disconected their telephone number. They sent me a list of website to apply for grants and their suppose to help me do it right. I tried many times call the customer service number and its disconnected. I even tried 411 and they can't find the new number or company. As for the website i emailed them and no answer.
