Illegal business practices ripoff

I purchased a mobile home approx. 7 years ago and the mtg. Switched to Green Tree quite a number of years ago. I had no problems until recently. January of this year was the last monthly bill they sent. What am I supposed to have their address memorized or what. Every other company I owe money to sends a monthly bill. All of a sudden nothing. Then they start harassing you on the phone. I told them when they send me a bill I will be happy to pay my mortgage. They have sent a bill for 7 years and now they are telling me that bills are a courtesy.

They also have never in all the years I have been there sent me any kind of tax information as to the interest I have paid in any of the years.in 7 years at 13% I have paid at least $20,000 and they say I still owe $19,000. WOW talk about a rip-off. I owe May & June and told them as soon as they again start sending monthly bills I will pay them. They have threatened me saying you know you will be moving. I thought maybe a call to the IRS would be a good idea. Not sending me tax info who knows what else they are doing to other people.
