Green Tree
Have been paying on mobile home for 11 years & they say we have only paid $4,000

We got a mobile home through GreenTree back in 1996 they said that the total would be $24,000 and would take 25 years. Well we got a bill today in the mail and it states that we have paid $102.83 on the principal and $2,626.72 on the interest for the whole year of 2007. This can not be right!!! There is no way that this mobile home will ever be paid off and it is already falling apart after just 11 years. I just had a baby on June 28th, of 2007 and was out of work for maternity leave that I did not get paid for, and Greentree called every day sometimes more than once wanting a payment that day, then the first day I went back to work they called and got me so upset telling me that they were going to take our home from us and that I would be putting my newborn on the streets to live. We have nothing but problems from Green Tree since we got this mobile home. Isn't there any thing that can be done to this company for the things that they are doing to good honest people???
