Proof of Homeowner's Insurance Scam

I have never in my life seen a more inept lender as Green Tree Servicing. The customer reps, a title too good for them, could care less whether they help you or not. I have had homeowner's insurance for 20 years with USAA and when GMAC went bankrupt my mortgage was transferred to Green Tree and they have bombarded me with letters stating that because I have no homeowner's insurance they are purchasing it for me. I have now faxed over PROOF OF INSURANCE three separate times to ALL their fax numbers and still they claim I don't have insurance. They sent me a bill for almost $2,000 for their homeowner's insurance premium and I think they are doing this to a whole lot of customers trying to scam more money. It won't work with me and they picked the wrong person to screw over. I am taking this to the media. I hope they go bankrupt like GMAC did and I encourage everyone experiencing problems with Green Tree to take it to the top.
