Servicing, Green Tree Financial Conceco why is my name still on the bill? And why are you harrassing my mom?

Green Tree is the name of my mother's mortgage company or whatever. I put my name on the bill so I could do payments for her while she was at work and to be able to get help making a payment once. That was a few years ago. As was when I filled out a form to remove my name from the bill that I mailed to them, as I moved out over 3 years ago. Yet I have come to find out my name is still on the bill...
And I was wondering, they call my mother several times a day, and at work quite often. They are quite rude, and when they leave messages you can hear them frothing at the mouth.
I am currently unaware of the whole situation between my mother and them, but isn't it illegal to harrass someone at work? And my problem is they won't talk to me, even though my name appears on the bill, which it shouldn't be any longer. What to do? What to do...
