Ripoff - did not provide service - did not honor claim of providing refund

I had the same experience as the others that filed reports.

They did not meet the deadline and then informed me that they could not answer the question. When asked about a refund, they said it would have to go to the accounts department.

I sent three follow up e-mails asking for information of when and how my refund would be processed and asked for the courtesy of a response. I received no response.

I think this service is a big scam. Acutally, they did not even provide a service, they just took my money and then wouldn't respond to my messages.
