Took my money. Asked for a refund. Contacted them many times. They would not reply

I subscribed to ourtime.com. After doing so I was putting together my profile. I tried 5 different pictures. They rejected every single one of them even though they were within their description of scope and guidelines.

I kept getting messages on the site that my profile was not very searchable because of the lack of pictures. So I contacted them and asked them what to do as they were the ones problem.

Never heard from them. They had charged me for 2 months already. Upon not being able to resolve the problem I decided to cancel the service. I again contacted them and asked them to refund my money as all this happened within the first 2 days and to cancel service. No response!

I deleted my profile, deleted all information and asked them again to refund my money. Again no response. No courtesy reply nothing. They just took the money. Ignored my request for help and ignored everything else.
