Contacted Netskool and posted a question to their website to be answered in approximately 7 days from post of question. Sent several emails as deadline became closer asking when I could expect to receive the answer... Rec'd this in response:
"We had forwarded your message to the concerened expert. Need not worry about your due date.

"
The day after the due date had passed (and I already had turned my solution in to class so I no longer needed help from Netskool) a rep from Netskool called me and told me that they needed an extension on the deadline. I explained to him that an extension was impossible because I had already turned in the assignment and at this point, since no service was provided to me, I would like a full refund. I was told I would receive a refund within two days and he hung up.
After waiting 4 days for a refund, I filed a complaint with PayPal (whom I paid through.) Netskool has until a certain date to respond, thus far they have not & PayPal is supposed to reimburse me. We shall see about that. I recently called the Netskool number again and talked to the same person and told him that I expected to receive the refund within a week. He assured me I would receive the refund. Yeah, right.
Bottom line... netskool is a fraudulent company. Please do not do business with them.
