Netskool.com ripoff, incompetent experts, take money and don't respond web internet, worldwide

I was looking for some homework help with an assignment I had for my Managerial Accounting class. I found netskool on the web, and their testimonials and service seemed pretty convincing, so I posted my question and waited. My question was accepted right away, and I was asked to pay $45 plus a $4 "TRANSACTION FEE" who the hell has ever heard of a transaction fee?!?!? Anyway, so I pay my money and wait. I waited 2 days PAST MY DEADLINE!!! Imagine if I had my assignment due by that date! I was soo pissed off, I waited for my solutions glued to the computer, and sent email after email to netskool, receiving no reply at all.

On the second day after my deadline had passed, I received a phone call from someone at Netskool (I honestly think that there is only one person working at this place. He does not sound professional at all, and I have a feeling he may be the owner, and the only employee at netskool) He told me that unfortunately, their "experts" could not answer the question, and that I would be refunded my money right away, minus the transaction fee (y the HELL am I paying for their incompetence?!?! I bet that's why they have that transaction fee to begin with). Call it my naivite, but I actually believed that I would get my refund, and didn't even bother to check on paypal to see if I actually got it. I only checked it recently, and found out that it in fact has not been refunded. Now I am playing the cat and mouse game again with them, calling them, and emailing them with no response.

I actually got a hold of someone on the phone (who sounded EXACTLY like the person I spoke with last time, hence my theory of there being only one person in this company) and he told me he needs to consult with the "account manager" (another fake made up position, i suspect) and that it will take "at least one day" before he can get back to me. I told him I BETTER get a call tomorrow. That's all so far, will keep you guys up to date with what happens next!
