Ripoff, Netskool is a fraudulent company

Requested help from NetSkool on december 17th and had an immediate response that a tutor could assist me. I was charged a total of $107, $100 for the answer $7fees. The assignment was scheduled to be done within the time frame i listed. On the third date (due date), i got a message saying that the expert has dropped the question. Nothing was mentioned about my money... I have made dozens of phone calls to inquire about the refund. I was able to get hold of the pakistani guy who answered the phone one time. Very unprofessional. He told me that their "experts" could not answer the question, and that he needs to consult with the "account manager" and I would be refunded by the end of the month. We talked over the phone but with no result. He barely talks english.
Call it my naivite, i waited for the end of the month hoping to get my money back for a service i never got. Called in january couple times but still getting the same excuse. "they're still consulting their account manager". I can't understand who is consulting who. Not only did they not deliver what they promised, they also stole my money. I got robbed for a service i never got in return.
I called my credit card company and disputed the charge hoping to get my money back.
