Rip-off complete scam artists-don't buy trial you'll be very sorry!

Approximately two months ago, my brother and I were browsing the internet researching foreclosures and came upon the web site www.AllHUD.com.
It appeared to be a pretty good deal, it stated you could purchase a three day trial for $9.79 to browse current properties available for foreclosure. Allhud stated would email me the steps to take to cancel the subsription so it wouldn't automatically go into a monthly charge of $79.79.
Well I browsed the first day and all of the properties were completely out dated some as far back as the year 2000. I knew immediatley that I was going to cancel on day two of the trial so I they would have no excuse to force me into that monthly billing charge of 79.79.
So, day two, I attempted to log on to get any contact information available like their physical address, email address, or phone number and they wouldn't even allow me to log on.
So I paid for a three day trial that was actually a one useless trial. I obtained the 800 number from my email and called to inform them I wanted a refund for my three day trial and I wanted to cancel the subsription all together.
The 800 number was nothing but a message machine. I left a detailed message including my name, number, day I purchased trial, and clearly stated to cancel the subsription.
I have been charged a total of $169.37 to my credit card without my permission.
I am currently fighting for a refund and they are flat out lying they say they never received my phone call. Well the message machine was my first clue they RIPOFFS.
If ther are any lawyers out ther that want round up all thes people around the country that are getting ripped off, lets get a class action going.
