Basically they stole $200.00 from me by pretending to be a credit card company when all they are is a cataloge store. Ripoff

I got a call from a "credit company" was told to build new credit for my new business I could have a $2000.00 limit credit card. All I had to do is give them a voided check and a down payment of $200.00. After doing so I started thinking about it and felt like a complete idiot.

Not only did I do it once but I had just done the same thing a month earlier with a company called infinite financial, but when I got the second company info in the mail I thought it was one and the same.

The next month more info came for the second company, although at least this time I figured it out and didn't sign the "final" application nor did I send the voided check but I did already give them my account info and of course the $200.00 "down payment" was taken out. I immediately called them to cancel and I have yet to reach somebody on the phone.

I did however go to the BBB reporting the first company and it appears I will have to eat that one. Maybe, they sent me copies of everything I signed and conviniently the side of the form with the terms of agreement on them are not there.
