Ripoff! Lying about credit card!

I was contacted by phone to recieve a Freedom Financial Mastercard or Visa credit card with a 3000 dollar limit. I had to pay 300 dollars directly out of my bank account just 2 weeks before Christmas. They said I would have the card in 7-14 days.

Of course we planned on it for Christmas and we did not get it. We called and they said we would be getting an acceptance form to fill out and return along with a voided check which we did. We called back and the number was changed to 727-547-9083. They said we would have the card in 7-14 days again.

Today January 12 we recieved a folder and MERCHANDISE CARD to shop with their catalogs ONLY! That is not what we ageeded to at all! We specifically asked if this card could be used at ANY store to purchase whatever like a regular visa or mastercard.

Freedom Financial boldly lied and said yes or we never would have gotten it! We cannot afford this lie! We used Christmas and bill money to do this and got ripped off! We do not know what to do! Please no one else fall for this scam!
