Freedom Financial Credit Card ripoff, dishonist fraud liars Pinellas Park

I was contacted by this sopposed company offering a credit card (visa) that i could use anywhere they accepted visa with a 2,000 credit limit if i gave down a payment to show i was able to pay like a monthly payment that was sopposed to be refundable of $200.00 once i got the card, so i needed to make repairs on my car and i really needed that extra help so i sacrificed making a hospital payment so i could recive the credit card and never recived a thing so i called my bank and got some info on the company like a phone number and it was of the third party that collects the money from there clients so i ask whats going on she said she just collected the money and gave me another number to call and it was the company but no real person just an answering machine to leave a message so i did and three days later i got a call that a verification app. Was on the way and i needed to sighn and send back a voided check and a copy of my licens so like an idiot i did and then i still recived nothing so i called agin and same answering maching so i left a message and they did return my call and thats when i told them what was up they said that i made two payments on the money i sent them so it took longer and i said then to the women so with this card can i get cash advances and then she started to tell me it was a merchant card i about fell off my chair and told her they clearly told me it was a visa she said they could not have because its just a card to shop from our catalog i told her i wanted my money back thats not what they told me i even told her the guy i had originally had spoke to was a nite manager his name was joseph and she said i have no idea who that is and if i wanted a refund that i had to send a cancelation request in i told i would fax so i could get my money back faster so she gave me a number that did not work so that is where i am at rite now and i really want my money back.
