Ripoff -Fraud

I purchased a envelope stuffing package on 6/1/05 via Paypal for 70.00 including shipping and handling. About a month later I had not received anything so I emailed Paul Manzueta he replied

"Hello, we will nvestigate. Thanks".

That was 6/29/05 I've emailed him several more times since asking how the investigation stands will I receive what I paid for—with only we're investigating as a reply.
I too have my Paypal receipt and all my emails to him and the reply.
