Ripoff

First I tried to set up auto draft payments. After 4 bounced checks or drafts and 3 months I finally got that stopped. They never sent confirmation and drafted plus cashed the check. I called they promised to only try to cash it one more time and then they'd reimburst me for the overdraft fees (I had to get a supervisor to ok paying the entire amount). They then hit my bank a 3rd time with the check 2 days before drafting again. I don't have and extra 700 bucks. This was a nightmare, they even tried changing the dollar amount of the draft to get past the stop payment. I called to inquire about my check for the fees and found out that they were charging me bounced check fees on their end. WHAT!!! I went back to mailed payments.

Now I mailed them a payment and they "never got it". How the heck does that happen. They have totally ruined my chance of getting a new loan this year. Also they send me all coorespondance in Spansish - I don't speak Spanish.

This is the biggest scam EVAR! They need shut down.
