Ripoff personal, account info. Unlawfully withdrew funds with no credit card given as promised

In february, i was contacted by above stated company, claiming they would give me a unsecured credit card w / a $5000 limit. 0% for 6 mo. And fixed 5.3% APR, afterwards. No monthly or annual fees, only an introductory $299 "activation" charge, which would be transferred from my bank accnt.

This "company" claimed to be a credit repair service, and after five months of using this card, my nevative credit history would be re-established. Never having an oppurtunity for a credit card before, i was grateful for the chance to fix my credit situation. As with a traditional credit application (documents), certain vital, personal information is required even to begin the process, so i gave them this info. Naively, over the phone.

Well, the operator, said the activation charge would be deducted on March 7, and the credit card would arrive within two weeks afterwards. Today's date, May 13, still no card, after ALOT of lost time on hold, using precious cell-phone minutes, and of course, the money was deducted from my accnt. Right on march 7...$299 alright

Folks in my position, trying to repair thir credit, and live paycheck to paycheck, can't afford to be taken advantage in these ways, this is simply, very detrimental. Beyond the credit fraud, the theft of my identity could have very far-reaching negative effects, i'm very upset about this, and feel this company should suffer the fullest extent of the law.
