Ripoff try to clear two payments, made my bank account over limit

I had to roll over a car note one time and I was told that I had to send the next two payments per check to them. So I did, well, the same day the last check cleared they also automat. Withdrew the payment out of my Bank account. That put my account overlimit and I got charged over draft fees. Not only did they do it once, two days later they ran the check again, (guess what happened) bounced again, more overdraft fees. I call GMAC and told them what happened. They said that it was not there fault that I send them the payment, they turned things totally around and said that I was told to only send them the first payment not the second one. No i wasn't. If I had the money to make two car notes in one month, why would I roll over a car note??? Common sence, right. Anyway, GMAC would not reemburse me for the over draft fee. I don't think that is right. I know, that $50.00 is not much to some, but I just don't think that it's right that big Companies like GMAC can just do that.
