Ripoff Constant harrassment concerning an un-authorized debit to my account that keeps growing., Nationwide

My credit card account was debited $59.95 and I complained to American Express about this un-authorized debit and they deleted it.

Afterwards, they added the same debit back into my account and I complained again to no avail without explanation and would not advise what it was or who made it.

We made constant monthly payments into the account and never had a late payment.

We paid off a sizeable balance down to "0" as they advised us what the payoff would be.

The alleged $59.95 was still the balance after the pay-off.

Then, American Express dropped me as a card holder in their company at a time when I really needed the credit.

Duns for the $59.95 kept coming which I ignored because I did not owe same. I know it is a trivial amount, but it is the principal of the thing.

They now are starting to add $30 per month to the alleged balance and if this keeps going it will amount to quite a bit later on. I want it stopped now!
