Ripoff - fraudulently & illegally accessing my bank account PROVO Utah

I subscribed to Ancestry.com for a free 30 day trial in Jan. 05. After 3 weeks I cancelled the subscription (I thought!) Bank account showed a declined transaction for ancestry so I contacted and cancelled again. They confirmed cancellation. Got my 3 monthly statement. It shows a further 3 declined attempts to withdraw funds, at which point they took it upon themselves to take the funds monthly. There have been 3 withdrawals, 1 for $37.18,1 for $35.88 and 1 for $36.96.

These withdrawals are illegal and fraudulent and will be followed up somehow. My next move is to empty the account, contact my bank to report fraudulent activity, then close the account.
