Ok, so it looks like I'm one of many complaining about NCO. I have applied for a loan for a mortgage and the lender sent me my report. It appears that there are two collections on here form NCO from an Electric Company that don't exist.

I called the electric company to find out what they are but they have no information regarding this. Funny thing is, I was living with my Ex and where we live was not even that Electric company's territory. Go figure. This company is nothing but a scam! Thanks for listening!
