Bad quality Electric Blanket, Company does not stand behind their product

I bought an electric blanket from Sams Club, made by E&E Co Ltd. It never got very warm even on the highest setting with a down comforter on top of it. It was very low heat. I called to see if they stood behind their product and they said they couldn't do anything about it because the controls were not showing an "E" for error. They said it wasn't supposed to get warmer than 75 degrees. I said it did not even get that warm. I've had other electric blankets and they got much warmer, even on low settings, so I don't think my expectations are unrealistic. Anyway, they would not do anything about it and basically told me they would pass on the information to the production team and maybe they wouldn't have that problem in the future.??

Stay away from this company's electric blankets.
