Is fraudulantly charging my card! Ripoff

Ald Enterprises is charging my card $84.97 a month for charges that I did not authorize! They have me set up as an automatic monthly deduction. Luckily, I found the first charge on May 30 and immediately called to stop any future charges. I spoke to their cust. Svc. Company (which represents about 20 different companies). They promised me a refund within 2 weeks.
After 2 weeks and no refund, I called them again. I was told that the refund was denied by Ald Ent. NO KIDDING! If they stole money from me fraudulantly, why would they give the money back — JUST BECAUSE I ASKED THEM TO? These people have hit quite a number of people for the same thing. The charge on the card statement will read ALD ENTERPRISES - HOODIA 866-882-3186. This phone number is the customer service company, not Ald Ent. Their cust. Svc. Reps told me to go to the website www.ADIPRENERX.com to get a phone number or use their "contact us" link. When you do this, you are redirected many different places, including adult pornography and russian bride websites. Of course, the cust. Svc.Co. Doesn't have a phone number for them, only a PO Box in Utah.
The only thing us little people can do is file a fraud claim with your own bank. Some will get their money back (if it was a credit card), others will not (if it was a debit card).
Maybe if they fraudulantly charge someone who has money, a class action law suit will someday be filed. If that ever happens, COUNT ME IN!
I work hard for my money, and that's the whole thing — IT'S MY MONEY!
They are raping people all over America. I hope someday they get theirs. And I also hope the people that work for their customer service company can sleep at night because they were of no help what-so-ever. I talked to 4 different women there (Niki, Joan, Desiree - who is rude, and Latai). It was a waste of my time.
