Won't refund my money

I could never get anyone on the phone for assistance. The only times I did receive calls was for them to promote their Mallforall.com which as a small businss person & a low income person I could not afford & the tax savings they kept promicing would not work. I finally got someone who said I could get a refund if I faxed a statement requesting it. I did this & every time I called to check on the refund I was told it was denied. After 3 months of faxing I finally got someone to tell me why. At this point it had been over a year since they first took my money. They waited till after a year & denied my refund. It didn't matter to them that I faxed the request 3 months earlier & during the year time peroid.
