RIPOFF LIARS or JUST LAZY Weston internet

This company claims 24 hours, but don't believe them. After three days without hearing or receiving anything, I gave them a call and constantly got a busy signal. I was persistent so kept hitting redial, and after about 20 times, I got through. I had to wait about 30 minutes to actually get ahold of a rep. When one finally came on the line, they hung up on me immediately and I had to try this all over again.

When I did get to speak with someone finally, they said they just received the order and will fax it out to my doctor right away. I called the doctor's office the next day and they said they faxed back the authorization. I waited two more days and still nothing. I called back the company (went through same scenario as described above). The rep told me they didn't receive anything from the doctor's office, although the doctor did say they received a fax confirmation. The fax was tried 4 more times. It was now 10 days from when I first submitted my request. I finally called back again and said I would cancel it. The rep sounded sympathetic and said he would refund my processing fee since it took such a long time.

About an hour after I cancelled my request, all sudden, the fax that my doctor had faxed them magically appeared and they'd ask if I'd still like to continue with the request. I am still waiting on my processing fee refund til today. I called them back and spoke to a supervisor. She blatantly lied and said the rep never said such things (although they document all calls). I then spoke to the person who said I'd get my refund back and he assured me that he tried putting it through, but higher management refused the refund.

This place LIES, CHEATS, is DISORGANIZED, and EVERYONE who goes on usapharmacy.com or frontierpharmacies.com should be aware. Stay away. The drugs advertised are cheap, but chances are, they make their money through the processing fee ONLY! Don't trust them. Obviously I have not heard of anyone raving about them yet so don't fall for their low prices!
