I was called by a service representative from world class savings telling me i could save up to $4000 on credit card debt on the first year. I was talked into giving my credit card number out and i was told i wouldn't have any thing deducted until i had signed the forms. The forms were not sent and i had already money taken from my credit card. I called them and said i wanted a refund and they obliged by sending the paper work to do so. They said i would receive a check in the mail for my refund as soon as the paper work was received. It has been 3 months and i still not seen a check. I have left phone messages with their refund officer who is kiran singh and have not got a response back as of yet. I am still willing to give them time as i have tried to fax copies of the refund paperwork, however the numbers i have faxed have not gone through as of yet. If someone calls from their offices i would be willing to discuss and see how we can get this cleared up.
