Ripoff denied refund after all proper paperwork was processed

I was mailed some information dealing with a over the phone credit card acceptance. The phone call was recorded and edited before I informed the lady that I did not want it. She did give me a number to call if I did not want it but at the time of the call I was at work and I did not know what I did with it.

Within a certain time I noticed that the amount of 237.00 was drafted out of my checking account. I called the numbers that were given to me on papers that were mailed out to apply for. I was informed that I needed to apply for credit with at least three of the banks on the list provided by and be denied in order for me to recieve my refund.

The banks denied me and I sent in the proper papers that were requested of me to recieve the refund within the time frame that was given to do so. After I called and spoke with one of the representative with the company and I faxed her (julie) the papers and I was told that I would recieve the refund in my account on the 8 of november. After giving me a processing time and a refund number by (sasha) and told to call on the 8 of november to check for the refund.

When the 8 of november came I called and the refund was not there. I called the company and was told by another representative that my refund was denied and that I will not receive my money.
